About The Role

This Associate Producer role is a mix of 30% Brand Management, 30% Creative Production and a 40% Project Management. This role acts as the Creative Director’s execution partner or deputy.

You will bring structure, follow-through and operational discipline to the creative pipeline. You will coordinate with agencies, freelancers, creators and internal teams so that production moves without avoidable delays or confusion.

This can be a junior role. You do not need to be a fully formed creative producer. You do need to be highly organised, dependable, comfortable with creative work and willing to take ownership of the details that make production successful.

Responsibilities
Project and production management
  • Maintain the master tracker for all campaigns, content, shoots and deliverables.
  • Convert creative direction into clear tasks, timelines, owners and dependencies.
  • Track briefs from initial request through approval and final delivery.
  • Identify risks, delays and missing inputs early.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders and external partners respectfully and consistently.
  • Maintain the content calendar and upcoming delivery schedule.
  • Prepare status updates for the Creative Director and marketing team.
Agency and partner coordination
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, production houses, photographers, videographers, editors, designers, creators and influencers.
  • Share briefs, references, timelines and feedback with external partners.

    • Travel and production logistics
  • Track shoot-day requirements and support on-set coordination.
  • Coordinate post-production schedules, rough cuts, feedback rounds and final exports.
  • Ensure that products, samples and production materials are tracked and returned where required.
Budgets and administration
  • Track project estimates, budgets, invoices and vendor documentation.
  • Maintain records of approved costs and actual spends.
  • Support purchase orders, payments and vendor coordination.
  • Flag scope changes or budget risks before they become problems.
Asset and quality management
  • Organise working files, final masters, versions, usage rights and approvals.
  • Ensure that the right assets are delivered in the right formats and dimensions.
  • Conduct first-level checks for spelling, product details, links, aspect ratios, subtitles and platform requirements.
  • Support adaptations for social, performance marketing, website, marketplaces and CRM.
  • Keep the creative library clean, current and easy to use.
