Bristlecone India Limited seeks an Associate Principal – SAP EWM to own the full lifecycle of Warehouse Management solutions within the S/4HANA Functional – Delivery team. You will design, configure, test, deploy and provide post‑go‑live support, ensuring seamless integration with logistics and supply‑chain processes across diverse industries.

• Proven track record delivering brown‑field and green‑field EWM implementations.
• Deep understanding of warehouse processes, inbound/outbound logistics, and inventory management.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP MM, SD, and QM integration points.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• SAP EWM certification or equivalent SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project demands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance on best practices.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and issue resolution in coordination with delivery leads.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and support data migration activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge transfer to client teams.
