• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle SAP HR SuccessFactors implementations (green-field and brown-field).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource plans while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration workshops.
• Oversee testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants and analysts.
• Monitor project health, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and senior management.
• Support post-go-live hypercare and knowledge transfer to client teams.
