Bristlecone India Limited seeks a dynamic Lead for its S4 HANA Technical - Delivery team. The role blends deep SAP S/4 HANA expertise with advanced AI/ML capabilities to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end intelligent applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technical architectures, and ensure solutions are robust, secure, and future-ready.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA technical delivery.
• Proven track record in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI projects.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and micro-services.
• Deep understanding of SAP modules, data models, and integration techniques.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and architectural design skills.
• Strong communication abilities for stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Python-based APIs and micro-services.
• Drive development of Generative AI models for business use-cases.
• Mentor and guide a team of SAP and AI engineers through full project lifecycles.

• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through best practices and automated testing.
• Manage integration points between SAP modules and external AI platforms.
• Oversee deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
• Stay current with SAP, AI, and cloud technologies and champion innovation.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
