Job summary

Bristlecone, Ltd. is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Specialist to design, develop, and lead SAP technical solutions with a strong focus on S/4HANA.

You will mentor a team of ABAP consultants and coordinate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP projects. Leading the rollout and migration of SAP S/4HANA initiatives, you will drive optimization of existing systems while staying current with SAP technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development with focus on S/4HANA.
• Proven track record of leading and managing SAP ABAP projects.
• Expertise in ABAP programming including OOPs, HANA, and UI5/Fiori.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and components.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with functional consultants and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to mentor.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ABAP Workbench, ADT, and HANA Studio.
• Commitment to staying updated with SAP technologies.
