Job summary

Concentrix Corporation in Gurgaon is seeking an Associate Planning & Scheduling to support daily, weekly and monthly reporting, capacity planning and scheduling for processes in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

You will work with data analytics to create KPI dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and optimize reporting tools to improve efficiency. The role is on-site at Gurgaon IT SEZ unit.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to spot, correct and highlight errors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly client/internal reports.
• Prepare weekly performance / KPI reports and maintain dashboards.
