Job summary

Carrier in Hyderabad, India is hiring a Payroll Associate to contribute to end-to-end payroll cycle, handle inputs/outputs, timekeeping, tax filing, and benefits integrations.

You will resolve employee inquiries, coordinate with internal partners, and maintain payroll calendars; familiarity with Workday and SAP integrations is expected.

A Bachelor's degree and payroll certification plus 1-4 years payroll experience are required; SAP and Workday knowledge preferred.

About The Role

• The role of Payroll Specialist requires solid foundational and working knowledge of the end-to-end payroll cycle. Hands-on experience with the various inputs and outputs, such as third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, accounting, benefits and other key areas that integrate with payroll is essential.

• Integration data management (connector between Workday and SAP)
• Payroll reconciliations

• Collaboration with vendors
• Monitor banking files and address rejects
• Basic testing/QA of change requests
• In-depth research of escalated issues
• Payroll Lodgments
• Expat Payroll processing
• Year End submission

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary degree required
• payroll certification/qualification required
• 1 -4 years payroll experience in Malaysia Payroll
• SAP preferred with knowledge of Workday and associated integrations
• ACE Associate (Carrier continuous process improvement and quality assurance methodology) within a year of hire or within a year of notification under new job framework
