Job summary

Teachmint is hiring an Associate - Operations to manage the end-to-end order management lifecycle, from order receipt to dispatch. You will verify orders, coordinate invoicing, and ensure documentation and partner compliance, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain Operations, or Business Operations.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end order management, including order processing, invoicing, documentation, and dispatch coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business metrics and operational data.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling operational tasks.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates should be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate - Operations to manage the end-to-end order

management process and ensure seamless execution of operational activities. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for handling the complete order lifecycle - from receiving and verifying orders to invoicing,
