Job summary

Holcim is seeking a Master Data Management specialist to manage customer master data, implement MDM solutions, and ensure data quality within SAP environments. You will profile data, authorize data creation, and troubleshoot master data issues in transactional systems.

Role involves working within Shared Services, maintaining compliance with QA frameworks, and contributing to service delivery against KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Manage the activities related to customer master data in the system.
• Complete knowledge of updating customer master in the ERP system.
• Define and implement a master data management (MDM) solution.
• Perform data profiling and data quality assessment of source systems to draft data quality measures.
• Authorizes the creation and maintenance of master data.
• Must locate information efficiently in the customer master and troubleshoot in the transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer master data in the system and ensure accuracy.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of master data in SAP per approved requests.
• Ensure adherence to QA framework and data security controls.
• Support continuous improvement projects within Shared Services.
• Monitor delivery of services to Opcos against KPIs and SLAs.

Shift Timings: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM(Home Drop Facility available) 06:00 am - 03:00 pm (Home pick-up facility available)

• Manage the activities related to customer master data in the system
• Should have complete knowledge of updating customer master in the ERP system.
• Defining and implementing amaster data management (MDM)solution.
• Perform data profiling and data quality assessment of source systems to draft data quality
• Authorizes the creation and maintenance of master data
• Creates and maintains Master Data in SAP according to approved requests
• Must be able to locate information efficiently in the customer master & troubleshoot in case of errors, related to customer master in the transactions.
• Must be able to restrict & detect unauthorized access to data
• Ensuring defined periodic reporting
• Ensuring compliance of QA framework.
• Participating in continuous improvement projects within Shared services
• Ensure that overall delivery of services to Opcos meets or exceeds agreed KPIs and SLAs defined between Operating Companies and BSC and is within a strong internal control framework.
• Partner with the Service Management team to:
• Provide input to service reporting.
• Facilitate service transition when required.
• Analyze issues that are highlighted by the Business Account Manager and resolve them /in a timely manner.
