EY is seeking an Associate for National Markets CBS-C&I in Gurgaon to lead MIS and leadership reporting efforts. The role focuses on budgeting vs. actuals analysis and creating insightful dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.

Strong Excel, VBA, and communication skills are essential to drive data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage parallel reporting tasks, and ensure accuracy in financial and operational reports.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS/leadership reporting.
• Proficiency in BI tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present MIS and leadership reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for timely budget vs actuals analysis.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI/Tableau and automate reporting processes.
• Assist in data collection, validation and documentation for key KPIs.

Your key responsibilities

• Location: Chennai
• Area of experience: MIS Reporting, Leadership reporting, Budget vs Actuals reporting
• Technical Skills required: Power BI / Tableau, MS Excel, VBA Macros, MS Word, MS Forms
• Good to have technical skills, though not mandatory: MS Power Apps, Alteryx, JIRA, Murals, Python, Sharepoint
• Soft skills required: Communication, understanding of leadership reporting & MIS reporting, good attitude, hardworking, flexible, good business writing skills, parallel processing of multiple reporting, handling multiple stake holders, amiable attitude, confident, mature.
