Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an Analytics and Modeling Senior Analyst to deliver analytics and reporting for Markets and Services leadership. You will drive data-driven insights, build dashboards, and partner with various teams to improve performance.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, a strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, and familiarity with SQL/SSRS. Graduation is required, MBA preferred, in a dynamic, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Any graduation with full-time education; MBA preferred for advanced roles.
• 4 to 6 years of post-education analytics experience, with 4-5 years relevant.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and at least one data visualization tool.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to provide analytics and reporting to Market Service Leads.
• Deliver data-driven insights to improve pipeline, profitability, and win/loss analyses.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results.

What would you do?

• Business Intelligence & Analytics - The Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) function is part of CF Operations under Accenture Operations and is engaged in an ongoing program to support Markets and Services. BI&A team member is part of the team that provides operations support to Markets and Services leadership. He or she will be responsible for delivering data driven analytics to Market & Services leadership.
• Business operations support to Services - Markets including
• Business Intelligence&Analytics to produce analytics across multiple dimensions of business-Finance, Sales, Talent, Quality, Delivery, external competition and others as needed by the Market or Service leadership
• Data Visualization, Reporting & Analytics
• Driving adoption of Standard Accenture tools
• Working in an agile way-on demand change request
• Preferably handled projects in the areas of data visualization and analytics
• Good understanding of dashboards and scorecards for leadership review
• Preferably an expert on MS Excel & Macros and with prior experience or hands on in either one or more of the following - SFDC, SQL Server, Sales Analytics, SAP BI or any other Business intelligence platforms What are we looking for?

• Act as a business partner to provide analytics, management operations support and reporting to Market Service Leads to help them run their portfolios, understand key performance metrics and drive performance improvements
• Provide analysis for programs jointly as needed that include pipeline improvement, win or loss, account planning, profitability improvement analysis, chargeability analysis
• Use latest analytics and data visualization tools such as Power BI, for effective data representation to provide insights to business
• Identify process improvement opportunities to develop effective business solutions
• Develop process documentation, communications, and reports required to support leadership
• Foster relationships and partner with internal teams, and external business functions to deliver business results
• Work with different stakeholders to gain input needed to drive key business discussions outcomes
• Build functional and technical skills foundation
• Participate and contribute to regular team discussions and process improvement initiatives
• Take responsibility for personal skill development and career management
• QUALIFICATIONS Degrees, Certifications
• Any graduate degree required, full time MBA preferred
• 4 to 6 years of post-education experience, with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of advanced Excel, PowerPoint and at least one of the data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Strong Knowledge of SQL, SSRS, Access, VBA will be highly preferred
