Regeneron is seeking an Associate Manager, US Payroll Service Delivery to lead US payroll operations from our Hyderabad GCC. The role partners with HR, Finance and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery and continuous process improvement.
The successful candidate will drive payroll accuracy, manage audits, and support system enhancements across Workday, OTL, and other platforms, while maintaining data confidentiality and timeliness in a hybrid work setting.

We are seeking an Associate Manager, US Payroll Service Delivery to join our Global Capability Center (GCC). In this role, you will help ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll services, with main responsibility for supporting United States payroll operations while contributing to global payroll initiatives. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, Tax, Payroll vendors, and business partners to drive payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
