Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Capability Center in Hyderabad. You will support U.S. payroll operations, validate data, process tax and garnishments, and collaborate across Payroll, HR, and Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 4+ years of payroll experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Workday, Oracle Time & Labor, or ADP. A CCRP/CPP/FPC is a plus; Hyderabad-based, hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related subject area.
• 4+ years of payroll experience with knowledge of payroll operations and payroll tax regulations.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws, including multi-state payroll requirements.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations, audits, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration across functions and geographies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HR systems.
• Experience with Workday, Oracle, ADP, CloudPay, or similar payroll platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented Shared Services/Global Capability Center environment.
• Professional payroll certifications such as CPP, FPC, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting payroll system implementations or transformations.

Responsibilities

• Validate, review, and maintain employee payroll data for accurate, timely U.S. payroll processing.
• Process garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other payroll transactions per regulations.
• Conduct payroll result reviews, reconciliations, and implement audit controls for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and other teams to resolve inquiries and maintain data integrity.
• Support payroll tax administration and multi-state requirements while ensuring compliance.
• Generate payroll reports and assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end activities.
• Participate in payroll system testing and projects involving Workday and Oracle Time & Labor.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization across payroll services.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to internal controls and company policies.
• Provide cross-functional backup to ensure continuity of payroll operations.

The Global Payroll team plays a vital role in supporting Regeneron's global workforce by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations. We are seeking a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. In this role, you will support U.S. payroll operations, collaborate with global collaborators, and contribute to delivering an exceptional employee experience while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and service excellence.

As a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst, You Will

• Support the accurate and timely processing of U.S. payroll by validating, reviewing, and maintaining employee payroll data.
• Process garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other payroll transactions in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Review payroll results, perform reconciliations, and implement audit controls to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and business collaborators to resolve payroll inquiries and maintain employee data integrity.
• Support payroll tax administration and multi-state payroll requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Generate payroll reports and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities.
• Participate in payroll system testing, enhancements, and projects involving Workday, Oracle Time & Labor, and related payroll applications.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, standardization efforts, and operational excellence across payroll services.

This Role May Be For You If You

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related subject area.
• Have 4+ years of payroll experience with proven knowledge of payroll operations and payroll tax regulations.
• Possess knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws, including multi-state payroll requirements.
• Have experience performing payroll reconciliations, audits, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with payroll and HR systems.
• Have experience or exposure to Workday, Oracle, ADP, CloudPay, or similar payroll platforms.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented shared services environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Bring a continuous improvement approach focused on enhancing payroll processes and employee experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. payroll operations within a Shared Services Center or Global Capability Center environment.
• Professional payroll certifications such as CPP, FPC, or equivalent credentials.
• Experience supporting payroll system implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives.
