Job summary

DXC Technology's Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) team in India seeks an experienced senior developer-leader to guide complex mainframe migration projects. You will design, implement, and integrate Vantage-One/wmA components, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure quality through best practices.

The role demands strong COBOL/JCL/DB2 skills and ability to deliver client-specific enhancements. On-site in Greater Noida, India.

Qualifications

• Twelve or more years of applications development experience.
• Experience in mainframe applications with legacy skill set (COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2).
• Four or more years of leadership experience.
• Experience performing client-specific enhancements on Vantage-One/wmA.
