• Ability to analyze business requirements, provide solution design recommendations, and independently deliver enhancements, integrations, and development initiatives on Vantage/wmA.
• Experience supporting business operations, resolving complex queries, and performing root cause analysis for defects and production issues.
• Experience in modernization, conversion, migration, or transformation initiatives involving Vantage/wmA platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership to interact with clients and senior stakeholders.
