Job summary

Infidigit is seeking an SEO Associate Manager in Mumbai to drive organic growth for client websites through strategic SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI SEO initiatives. You will lead a team of SEO professionals, manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure business objectives are met through data-driven search strategies.

Applicants should have 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale SEO

Responsibilities

• Own and drive organic growth strategies to improve rankings, traffic, conversions, and business outcomes.
• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI Search Optimization strategies for clients.
• Review website architecture, crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical SEO health.
• Provide strategic recommendations to resolve technical SEO issues and improve performance.
• Lead content strategy and guide teams to create SEO-friendly content.
• Monitor SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other tools; analyze traffic and conversions.
• Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Mentor team members and drive automation/AI adoption to improve productivity.

Job description

As an SEO Associate Manager, you will be responsible for driving organic growth for client websites through strategic SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI SEO initiatives. You will manage client relationships, lead a team of SEO professionals, oversee project delivery, and ensure business objectives are achieved through data-driven search strategies.

Responsibilities :

Organic Growth & SEO Strategy

• Own and drive organic growth strategies to improve rankings, traffic, conversions, and business outcomes.
• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI Search Optimization strategies for clients.
• Identify growth opportunities through keyword research, content analysis, competitor analysis, and search trend monitoring.
• Define SEO roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.

Technical SEO & Website Optimization

• Review website architecture, crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical SEO health.
• Provide strategic recommendations to resolve technical SEO issues and improve website performance.
• Ensure implementation of structured data, schema markup, entity optimization, and semantic SEO best practices.
• Monitor and improve visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search platforms.

Content & Authority Building

• Lead content strategy initiatives aligned with search intent and business objectives.
• Guide teams in creating SEO-friendly and AI-search-friendly content.
• Oversee internal linking, external link-building, digital PR, and authority-building initiatives.
• Ensure content is optimized for featured snippets, answer engines, and AI-generated search experiences.

Analytics & Performance Management

• Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.
• Analyze traffic, rankings, conversions, AI visibility, and other performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities, risks, and growth areas through data analysis.
• Create and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.

Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Lead client meetings, performance reviews, strategy discussions, and quarterly business reviews.
• Manage client expectations, communicate progress, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.

Team Leadership & Delivery Management

• Lead and manage a team of SEO Analysts and Associates.
• Allocate resources, review deliverables, and ensure timely execution of project plans.
• Mentor team members and support their professional development.
• Establish quality standards and ensure adherence to SEO best practices.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuously improve team productivity through automation and AI adoption.

AI & Process Innovation

• Effectively leverage AI tools to improve productivity, research, content optimization, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates, AI search developments, and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into SEO processes and client strategies.

Educational Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• Certifications in SEO, GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, AI SEO, AEO, or GEO will be preferred.
