Job summary

Lecan Solution Private Limited is seeking a Solution/Technical Architect to lead Salesforce design, build, and configuration efforts across business and development teams.

You will act as SME for Salesforce, provide high-level designs, oversee timelines, guide team members, and drive architectural decisions to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of complex Salesforce projects. Collaborate across multiple domains, create POCs, and ensure solutions meet business requirements and scale with growth.

Responsibilities

• Act as an SME for the Salesforce platform.
• Understand requirements and provide solution design and development.
• Quickly create POCs based on requirements and demonstrate them to the business.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Prepare high-level designs and solution documentation.
• Provide effort estimation for requirements.
• Ensure code and configurations meet business process and application requirements.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, delivery tracking, status reporting, and team management.
• Apply Salesforce-specific design patterns and best practices.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure effective delivery.
• Take ownership of team-level technical decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Role Overview

As a Solution/Technical Architect, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact for Business and Development teams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment.

Professional & Technical Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce Development projects.
• Strong Solution Architect experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as a Technical Architect.
• Experience driving greenfield implementations with architectural inputs across:
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Salesforce Integrations
• Expert-level understanding of Salesforce products and technologies, including:
• CPQ
• Integrations
• Customization
• Strong experience implementing Salesforce-specific design patterns.
• Experience implementing best practices for large-volume data and working within Salesforce governor limits.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
• Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud as a Technical Architect.
• Strong experience in solution design and architecture is mandatory.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
