Job summary

Pfizer Healthcare India Private Limited in Vizag, India, seeks an Associate Manager-Instrumentation to lead maintenance of instrumentation and automation systems across production lines. You will drive preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities, support PLC/DCS/SCADA troubleshooting, and ensure reliable operation of instruments such as transmitters, analyzers, and control valves.

This role requires strong knowledge of GMP and hands-on experience with process automation systems,

Qualifications

• Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis and RCA processes.
• PM/PdM optimization experience.
• FMEA or similar reliability analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and automation systems.
• Experience with PLC/DCS/SCADA troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for instrumentation and automation systems.
• Support PLC, DCS, SCADA, and filling line troubleshooting to ensure production uptime.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and automation issues affecting production output.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for recurring failures and drive reliability improvements.
• Drive automation upgrades and digitalization projects; support energy-saving and cost optimization.
