Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Finance Analytics professional to support Topline forecasting, reporting, and IBP-aligned planning activities.

The role involves data integration from SAP to TM1 and BI tools, maintaining dashboards, and delivering analytics with strong Excel and Tableau/Power BI skills. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years in finance, experience with TM1/Power BI/Tableau, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
• 4-7 years experience in Finance with exposure to techno-commercial deliverables.
• 1-2 years of user experience in TM1 & Power-BI / Tableau with flair for technology.
• High level of analytical capability.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong ability to work in Excel.
• Proficiency in the English language (Oral & Written).

Responsibilities

• Actively support Topline forecasting & reporting.
• Anchor Planning and forecast streams as per Integrated Business Planning (IBP) calendar.
• Create and maintain planning scenarios to manage Topline forecast.
• Ensure data consistency across systems and manage data quality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on submissions and data updates.
• Maintain Power-BI toolkit and dashboards; manage dataflow into Tableau (Cockpit).
• Provide Topline commercial analytics support and ad-hoc insights.

Overview

Actively Support the Topline Team in the delivery of financial KPI’s, ensuring timely and accurate planning, reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Systems Support – Topline Forecasting & Reporting
  • Supporting F&R analysts & manager on streaming of data from SAP to TM1 through Alteryx and to Commercial tool kit
  • Anchor Planning and forecast streams as per Integrated Business Planning (IBP) calendar
  • Create and maintain planning scenarios as necessary to manage Topline forecast and planning cycles
  • Achieve consistency of data across systems
  • Carry out reconciliations and take proactive steps to eliminate failure modes
  • Manage and ensure availability and consistency of SKUs / product IDs
  • Manage data quality to eliminate blocking errors on introduction of new customers / SKUs
  • Manage communication with stakeholders on submissions and data updates
  • Carry out weekly Revenue and D&A checks to minimize errors in the month end close process.
  • Identify and support continuous improvements including simplifications, process or control remediations.
• Management of Dashboarding tools

• Power-BI toolkit maintenance
