Adani Power Karnataka is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager to lead safety programs, audits and training across the plant. This role will implement safety training, support in inspections and investigations, and drive continuous safety improvements to safeguard personnel and operations.
You will ensure compliance with IMS, AWMS, DISHA and CHETNA guidelines, manage PPE and permits, and prepare monthly MIS reports while coordinating with stakeholders to elevate safety performance.

This role is responsible for implementing safety training programs, supporting in regular audits and inspections, and ensuring adherence to all safety regulations. The role will proactively manage safety initiatives, support incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance to safeguard personnel and operations.
B.Tech/BE/BSc. (preferably in Fire Safety or Chemical Engineering) or related field and mandatory Advanced Diploma.
10+ years of experience in fire safety management and operations within the power or heavy industry sector.
