Responsibilities

• Monitor Manufacturing True Efficiency metrics and assist variance analysis.
• Track Base Productivity periodically using standard templates.
• Prepare Weekly PBNA E2E headcount scorecards with accuracy.
• Compile Weekly Waste Scorecards to monitor losses.
• Assist periodic Waste Scorecards for trend analysis.
• Support Waste forecasting by collecting inputs and updating forecasts.
• Assist Quarterly Close and Reporting by validating data and reports.
• Support Quarterly PowerSteering validations by checking data consistency.
• Execute SOX control activities and testing per procedures.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and on-time reporting.
• Coordinate with operations, finance and productivity teams to gather inputs.

Overview

Support tracking, reporting, and analysis of manufacturing productivity, efficiency, and waste metrics. The role focuses on preparing scorecards, supporting periodic reporting, and assisting with governance and compliance activities under guidance from stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring of Manufacturing True Efficiency metrics and assist in basic variance analysis.
• Help track Base Productivity on a periodic basis using standard templates and tools.
• Prepare Weekly PBNA E2E cases to Headcount scorecards with accuracy and timeliness
• Compile and update Weekly Waste Scorecards to track operational losses
• Assist in preparing Periodic Waste Scorecards for trend and performance tracking
• Support Waste Periodic Forecasting by collecting inputs and updating forecast file
• Assist with Quarterly Close and Reporting by validating data and preparing standard reports
• Support Quarterly PowerSteering validations by checking data consistency across systems
• Execute assigned SOX control activities and testing following defined procedures
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting timelines
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and productivity teams to collect required inputs

Qualifications

• 6 - 8 years of experience in finance and planning with MBA degree in accounting or finance
• Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP, Business Objects and Cockpit would be good to have.
• Strong excel skills
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Capable of managing multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously
• Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
• Ability to function well in a team environment
• Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
