Job summary

The/Nudge, an action institute, is seeking a Data and Tech Analyst for the InSight Program in Bengaluru. You will coordinate across teams, drive operations, analyze field data, and build tools and dashboards to support program decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in AI-first data analytics, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and experience with Python, cloud basics, ETL, and low-code AI tools. You’ll contribute to automation and scalable tech solutions for social impact.

What will you do ?

We are looking for a passionate and impact-driven Data and Tech Analyst to support the InSight Program. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, driving operations, analyzing field data, managing backend tools, tech infrastructure, visualizations and building automation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in social impact, public health, analytics, product development and program management.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Work with multiple teams across the organisation to develop insights and analytics around key program requirements
• Drive development and adoption of technology-based product solutions at scale
• Maintain dashboards and program trackers
• Create visual presentations and infographics for communication and reporting
• Create and review survey forms/web apps for various program needs at scale
• Support real-time troubleshooting of field data collectionBuild automation, maintain tech infrastructure for ETL
• Work with external technology partners to build and deploy technology solutions
• Assist in planning and executing the program's expansion to other regions based on pilot results and organizational goals
• Compile key learnings and best practices from the pilot to inform future strategies

Who are we looking for in this role ?

• 5-7 years of AI-first experience in data analytics, basic cloud based technology skills & process design with a strong track record of results and impact
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)
• Experience with cloud environments - creating, maintaining and debugging Virtual Machines, DBs and basic troubleshooting
• Experience in building automation (Slack bots, Python etc.)
• Experience with Python and be able to use Low-Code / No-Code AI tools to plan, write, test and deploy code / data pipelines
• Experience developing serverless applications
• Ability to understand current tech setup quickly - configuration, data structures, XLS and API config and ETL pipelines
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
