• Plan and produce content for push, app, social, and CRM channels. Adapt messaging to fit each format’s purpose and context.
• Leverage data and consumer insights to inform strategy and refine narratives. Use evidence to guide creative decisions and measure impact.
• Identify friction points in the user journey and address them through messaging. Enhance clarity, reduce confusion, and improve user experience.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while testing and iterating over time. Balance evolution with brand integrity and coherence.

Must Haves

• 3+ years of copywriting experience in consumer focused businesses, content agencies or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Use consumer insights to drive home the intended-communication succinctly.
• Strong interpersonal, management and stakeholder-handling skills with bias to action.
