Job summary

Navi is seeking an Associate Manager in Fundraising to lead capital markets and fundraising initiatives, securing funding from global and domestic investors. You will manage institutional relationships and oversee end-to-end fundraising activities, ensuring smooth deal execution and post-disbursement compliance and reporting.

You will collaborate with internal teams to support Navi’s growth and lending operations while driving capital efficiency and deal flows in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Job description

The Fundraising & Partnerships team at Navi works with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions, to secure capital and funds & to establish tech backed partnerships (like co-lending) essential for driving the Lending business. Their efforts ensure that the business has the financial resources needed to support and expand Navi's lending offerings, ensuring smooth operations and sustainable growth.

About the Role

As an Associate Manager in Fundraising, you will lead capital markets and fundraising initiatives to secure essential funding from global and domestic investors. You will manage relationships with institutional stakeholders, oversee end-to-end fundraising activities, and ensure smooth deal execution. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you will support Navi’s growth and lending operations while handling post-disbursement compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Execution: Led End-to-end management from structuring and negotiation to pricing, documentation, and closure.
  • Market Strategy: Stay sharp on market pricing, investor appetite, and regulatory shifts.
  • Cost Optimization: Drive capital efficiency through smart structuring and investor diversification.
  • Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to drive seamless deal flows.
Must Haves
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Strategic thinkers with high ownership and maturity under pressure.
  • A keen interest in negotiation, financial structuring, and business development
Good to Have
  • Up to 2 years of work experience, though not mandatory.
  • CA / CFA (or progress towards it) or other relevant finance certifications.
