HDFC Life in Bengaluru is hiring a Branch Operations Senior Associate to support customer service, backend operations, and lead generation. You will coordinate New Business Processing, Policy Servicing, Claims, and documentation to improve Persistency and Revival UW.

Ideal candidates hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree and have 2+ years of experience in operations or customer service, preferably in insurance or banking, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication.
