Job summary

PhonePe is seeking a results-driven sales professional to open and scale agency partnerships in India, targeting larger spends within agency marketing budgets while expandingPhonePe Ads adoption across multiple agencies.

You will cultivate 1:1 relationships with agency personnel, articulate campaign opportunities, and coordinate roadshows and workshops to drive awareness and revenue growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of similar experience in media.

Responsibilities

• Open and scale agency business to gain larger spends within marketing budgets of large agencies in India.
• Establish strong relationships with multiple stakeholders – Commercial teams, Digital leads and Media planners within the Agency-Region specific teams.
• Build strong 1:1 relationships with agency personnel and understand spends across objectives, channels, and scope potential for PhonePe Ads.
• Drive awareness for PhonePe Ads offerings within the agencies through roadshows, workshops and account depth discussions.
• Deliver on the revenue target by establishing business development rigors & feedback loops for product on outcomes delivered & scope of further business.
• Handle outbound sales according to business needs to penetrate new accounts and new business lines deeper.
• Collaborate within Agencies to ensure inflow of campaign briefs from key accounts and various industries to gain larger spend share from the Agency

Job Description
