Job summary

Acura Solutions is seeking an energetic Associate Acquisition Manager – CASA to drive new Current and Savings Account acquisitions. Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
• 0–3 years in banking, financial services, sales, or customer acquisition; freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive approach.
• Willingness to undertake field visits and meet prospective customers.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and CASA concepts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new CASA customers through direct sales, field visits, referrals, leads, and other acquisition channels.
• Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual acquisition targets.
• Identify prospective customers and understand their banking and financial requirements.
• Pitch and sell suitable Current Account and Savings Account products.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide support throughout the account-opening process.
• Ensure timely collection and verification of KYC and other required documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and activation.
• Cross-sell relevant banking products such as FDs, insurance, credit cards, loans, and investment products.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, KYC/AML guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve assigned targets for customer acquisition, account activation, balances, and revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
