Job summary

EY is hiring a Learning Deployment Specialist to support deployment of learning programs across EY member firms, focusing on SuccessFactors and Service-Now. You will collaborate with EY Germany and cross-functional partners to schedule offerings, publish content, and manage logistics for online and live sessions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HR/Learning, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and learning systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline. Preference will be given for those with HR Specialisation
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in HR/learning deployment or related fields
• Experience of working in Learning and development is desired, especially in multinational environments

Responsibilities

• Build and manage course scheduling offerings for EY Learning deployments
• Submit requests to schedule offerings and publish content in SuccessFactors
• Support end-to-end execution of learning course deployment plans and budgets
• Monitor participant nominations with the DAT team
• Coordinate training dates and nominations, handle cancellations and no-shows
• Prepare facilitators for delivery (logistics) and assist in facilitator management
• Maintain SharePoint sites with up-to-date content for curricula and courses
• Foster close collaboration with EY Germany learning teams
• Support hosting and production of online modules and webcasts
• Access and review L1–L3 evaluation feedback reports
• Contribute to broader Talent Development initiatives and projects
• Ensure CE credits are awarded to participants and instructors as applicable

Job Summary

Talent Services is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR and learning related support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms. Talent Services supports Europe West (EW) and acts as part of the extended Region Learning team. It is fully integrated with onshore colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team and is aligned with the Learning Global Process Model and initiates learning processes via existing workflow (SNOW intake forms) for execution by CAT and DAT teams. This role is responsible for the deployment of multiple courses within one or more curriculum for EY Germany working alongside the Senior Deployment specialist and/or Learning Program Manager. Provides oversight of Learning administration activities and reports on course feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build initial course scheduling offering schedule for review
• Submit requests to Schedule Offerings and to publish content in SuccessFactors
• Support the end-to-end execution of Learning course deployment plans and budgets, including conference and event management including:
• Monitoring of participant nominations working alongside DAT
• Management of learner cancellations, no shows and missed sessions, including coordinating training dates and nominations
• Prepare facilitators for delivery of learning courses (logistics) and support in the management of facilitators
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and maintain content relevancy for SL, curriculum, program or course including joining instructions (if required), learner, facilitator information
• Build and maintain close working relationships with EY Germany learning team
• Support the hosting and production of online modules, webcasts and virtual learning projects
• Access reports on Learning course L1 – L3 evaluation feedback
• Contribute to other activities or projects across the wider Talent Development function
• Ensure CE credits awarded to Learning participants and instructors where applicable
