Job summary

EY in India is seeking a Learning Deployment Specialist to manage deployment of multiple courses within one or more curricula for EY Germany, collaborating with the Senior Deployment Specialist and Learning Program Manager. Qualifications

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline. Preference will be given for those with HR Specialisation
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR or related fields
• Experience in Learning and development is desirable
• Experience of working in international and diverse environments

Responsibilities

• Build initial course scheduling offering schedule for review
• Submit requests to Schedule Offerings and publish content in SuccessFactors
• Support end-to-end execution of Learning course deployment plans and budgets
• Monitor participant nominations with DAT
• Manage learner cancellations, no-shows and rescheduled sessions
• Prepare facilitators for delivery of learning courses and logistics support
• Maintain SharePoint sites and course content including joining instructions and learner data
• Coordinate with EY Germany learning team
• Assist hosting and production of online modules and webcasts
• Access reports on learning evaluation feedback
• Contribute to Talent Development initiatives across the function
• Ensure CE credits awarded to participants and instructors where applicable

Job Summary

Talent Services is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR and learning related support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms.

Talent Services supports Europe West (EW) and acts as part of the extended Region Learning team. It is fully integrated with onshore colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team and is aligned with the Learning Global Process Model and initiates learning processes via existing workflow (SNOW intake forms) for execution by CAT and DAT teams.

This role is responsible for the deployment of multiple courses within one or more curriculum for EY Germany working alongside the Senior Deployment specialist and/or Learning Program Manager. Provides oversight of Learning administration activities and reports on course feedback.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsibilities:

• Build initial course scheduling offering schedule for review
• Submit requests to Schedule Offerings and to publish content in SuccessFactors
• Support the end-to-end execution of Learning course deployment plans and budgets, including conference and event management including:
• Monitoring of participant nominations working alongside DAT
• Management of learner cancellations, no shows and missed sessions, including coordinating training dates and nominations
• Prepare facilitators for delivery of learning courses (logistics) and support in the management of facilitators
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and maintain content relevancy for SL, curriculum, program or course including joining instructions (if required), learner, facilitator information
• Build and maintain close working relationships with EY Germany learning team
• Support the hosting and production of online modules, webcasts and virtual learning projects
• Access reports on Learning course L1 – L3 evaluation feedback
• Contribute to other activities or projects across the wider Talent Development function
• Ensure CE credits awarded to Learning participants and instructors where applicable
