• Lead Salesforce development initiatives and perform architecture assessments to design scalable, secure, and enterprise-compliant solutions using Salesforce technologies and best practices.

• Manage the Salesforce CRM platform, including enhancements, integrations, performance, governance, and platform stability.
• Analyze business requirements and architect innovative technology solutions aligned with enterprise standards and long-term goals.

• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, external vendors, and partners to ensure seamless project execution.

Job Purpose

Responsible for leading Salesforce development initiatives, performing architecture assessments, and managing the Salesforce CRM platform to support business objectives. The role involves defining solution architecture, managing a team of developers, ensuring project delivery, driving enterprise-wide Salesforce best practices, and coordinating with business stakeholders and external partners. The position is accountable for successful project execution, platform governance, technical leadership, and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. 1. Salesforce Development & ArchitectureLead Salesforce development initiatives and perform architecture assessments to design scalable, secure, and enterprise-compliant solutions using Salesforce technologies and best practices.
2. 2. Team LeadershipManage and mentor a team of developers, conduct regular reviews, oversee resource allocation, and ensure delivery excellence.
3. 3. Salesforce Platform ManagementManage the Salesforce CRM platform, including application enhancements, integrations, system performance, governance, and platform stability.
4. 4. Solution Design & Technical GovernanceAnalyze business requirements and architect innovative technology solutions aligned with enterprise standards and long-term business goals.
5. 5. Project Planning & DeliveryAssist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and technical feasibility. Develop project plans and monitor execution to ensure successful delivery.
6. 6. Stakeholder & Partner ManagementCoordinate with internal cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure seamless execution of projects.
7. 7. Performance Monitoring & ReportingMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, provide status updates, and elevate risks and issues to management when required.
8. 8. Financial & Resource ManagementEnsure resource availability and allocation, manage project budgets, and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
9. 9. Team & Partner GovernanceConduct monthly team reviews and partner performance reviews to ensure delivery commitments and quality standards are met.

Required Qualifications and Experience
