Job Purpose: The Lead - C&I ensures the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of C&I systems. This role oversees troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system optimization while ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Lead collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvements, reduce downtime, and enhance system reliability to support smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in C&I engineering and construction within a large-scale industrial environment.
