Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru seeks a Senior SAP PM Consultant with 7+ years of SAP consulting experience to lead end-to-end S/4HANA PM implementations. You will design, customize, and deliver SAP PM solutions, coordinate global teams, and drive pre-sales activities.

You will work on ERP assessments, S/4HANA transformations, and best-practice adoption, while guiding client relationships and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP PM product expertise.
• Minimum 7+ years of SAP Consulting experience.
• Certification is desirable.
• Minimum 3 S/4HANA projects in solution-providing roles (Brownfield & Greenfield).
• Experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PM implementations.
• Experience with ERP assessments & S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience implementing S/4HANA best practices.
• Presales experience including scope and effort estimates.
• Manufacturing or automotive industry knowledge desirable.
• Hands-on SAP PM customization with integration knowledge.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate and ASAP methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and written/verbal communication skills.

• Deliver SAP PM module implementation solutions in client engagements, including implementations, upgrades, and extensions
• Assist clients with selection, implementation, and support of SAP solutions
• Provide functional and business process expertise on project teams comprising consultants, remote global resources, and client employees
• Participate in design activities and gap analysis before implementation
• Serve as YASH’s customer point of contact for the SAP PM module
• Take end-to-end responsibility for smooth delivery within fixed time and effort constraints
• Work effectively in a global environment
• Understand and translate client requirements for offshore teams

Requirements

• Ability to work and deliver solutions under strict deadlines
• 7+ years of PM product expertise
• Minimum 7+ years of SAP Consulting experience
• Certification is desirable
• Minimum 3 S/4HANA projects in solution-providing roles, including one Brownfield and one Greenfield S/4HANA implementation project
• Experience providing end-to-end solutions in SAP S/4HANA PM Module
• Prior experience handling ERP assessments and S/4HANA transformation projects
• Experience analyzing simplification items and implementing relevant fixes
• Experience implementing S/4HANA best practices
• Prior presales experience, including scope identification and effort estimates for S/4HANA projects, is highly desirable
• Manufacturing industry domain experience is desirable
• Hands-on experience customizing SAP PM with integration knowledge of other modules
• Knowledge of new SAP interfaces with SAP and non-SAP systems
• Basic exposure to ALE and IDocs
• ABAP development skills are a plus
• Knowledge of SAP Activate and ASAP methodology
• Good knowledge of automotive and manufacturing industries
