YASH Technologies is seeking an Associate Lead Consultant for SAP CS in Indore. The role demands deep expertise in SAP CS, strong troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience with S/4HANA Rise on AWS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage escalations in a 24x5 environment.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of SAP CS experience, a CS-focused education, and a track record of delivering integrated SAP solutions with non-SAP systems.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of in-depth SAP CS experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience of SAP S/4 HANA Rise on AWS is mandatory.
• S4 Certification will be added advantage.
• Experience on the following topics in CS module.

Mansioni

• Must be proficient in handling issues/troubleshooting/support functions.
• Experience in building integration of SAP with non-SAP applications.
• Good knowledge on ticketing tools like Service Now, Solution Manager etc.
• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ready to work in 24 x 5 support environment.

Qualifications
