Job summary

YASH Technologies in Indore, India is seeking an experienced SAP CS Professional to join our client delivery teams. The role focuses on Customer Service processes, service order management, and integration with non-SAP systems.

The candidate should have 5–7 years of SAP CS expertise, S/4HANA on AWS, and a CS certification is a plus. Excellent communication and a readiness to work in a demanding 24x5 support environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of in-depth SAP CS knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Rise on AWS is mandatory.
• S4 Certification will be added advantage.
• Experience on CS module topics including Service Order Management and Contract management.

Responsibilities

• Handle SAP CS module configuration and support.
• Build integration between SAP CS and non-SAP applications.
• Provide high-level customer support and troubleshooting.
• Manage tickets using ServiceNow and Solution Manager.
• Be ready to work in a 24x5 support environment.

• Must be proficient in handling Issues/ troubleshooting / support functions.


• Should have experience in building the integration of SAP with applications which are non-SAP.


• Good knowledge on ticketing tools like service now, solution Manager etc.


• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Ready to work in 24 x 5 support environment.
