YASH Technologies is seeking Dynamics CRM professionals with 10+ years of experience to lead techno-functional deployments across Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform.

You will translate business needs into functional specs, participate in pre-sales, document solutions, and guide teams in multi-project delivery in a global, diversified environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall CRM experience with lead techno-functional role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specs for technical teams.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, design solutions, estimate efforts, and present to clients.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and integrations.
• Lead 3-4 implementation projects from scratch and collaborate with global teams.

10+ years of overall experience in CRM as a lead techno functional consultant
Possess deep and hands on technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules, as well as Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Good knowledge in CoPilot and AI related initiatives
Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, and presentations to prospective clients
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and integrations
Well versed and experienced in 3-4 implementation projects from scratch
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams
Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs
Global experience and working in diversified environment
