Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. in Bengaluru, India, seeks a senior Dynamics CRM lead techno-functional consultant to help clients reimagine operating models and drive transformation.

You will work with Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform components, and AI initiatives, participate in pre-sales, design solutions, and guide global teams. This role requires 10+ years of CRM experience, excellent communication, and a proven record of end-to-end implementations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in CRM as a lead techno functional consultant.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules, and Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Good knowledge in CoPilot and AI related initiatives.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and integrations.
• Well versed and experienced in 3-4 implementation projects from scratch.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
• Global experience and working in diversified environment.
