Climate Collective Foundation is seeking an Associate – Jobs Board & Outreach to engage employers and candidates on our jobs platform. You will collaborate with startup founders, hiring managers, and academic institutions to facilitate talent connections and onboarding activities.

The role emphasizes building relationships with startups and universities, driving outreach and lead generation efforts, and supporting ecosystem engagement within a remote team of 50+ members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in outreach, partnerships, recruitment coordination, or ecosystem engagement.
• Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or similar recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the on-boarding of employers and candidates on the jobs board platform.
• Reach out to startup founders and hiring managers to generate leads and encourage job postings.
• Connect with placement officers of colleges and universities to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct outreach and follow-ups with startups and ecosystem partners.
• Maintain and update tracking sheets and outreach databases.
• Support partnerships and ecosystem engagement activities related to the jobs board.

Our remote teamof above 50 members operates collaboratively to drive impactful, sustainablesolutions for climate-related challenges.

About the Role

We arelooking for a proactive Associate – Jobs Board & Outreach to supportemployer and candidate engagement on our jobs platform. The role involvesworking closely with startup founders, hiring managers, and academicinstitutions to facilitate talent connections and support on-boardingactivities. The associate will play a key role in building relationships withstartups and universities while supporting outreach and lead generationefforts.
