Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pune is seeking an experienced data integration professional to own operational execution for central data bases and critical integration points across markets. You will ensure reliable data connectivity, oversee batch workflows, and drive data flow integrity to support global operations.

Applicants should bring 4–8+ years in data integration, strong SQL, Python, and modern ETL tools, with preference for finance industry experience.

Qualifications

• Finance/banking domain exposure is preferred.

About the Role:

• Owns operational execution for Mizuho’s Central Data Base and strategic DEAL Integration points covering Markets and related Service of Records
• Ensures seamless system connectivity and data integrity across critical data flows
• Provides oversight of batch workflows and integration processes
• Partners with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely, accurate execution of critical business‑hour integration processes
• Monitor and uphold SLAs/OLAs across multiple systems of record
• Manage production support, incident resolution, and operational risk
• Drive continuous improvement of integration processes and operational controls

Required Qualifications:

• 4-8 plus years of experience in data integration, operations, and enterprise platforms
• Demonstrated experience leveraging a wide variety of data analysis/Integration tools: SQL, Oracle/SQL Server, SSIS, Python, Pyspark, Databricks, Azure, ADF, Airflow, Tidal/Control-M/Autosys, Snowflake
• Balanced prioritization, and execution skills with Finance/Banking experience preferred.
• Good expertise in batch processing, data pipelines, and system integrations
• Demonstrates strong knowledge and proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and analytics tools.
• Strong operational governance, SLA management, and risk management skills
• Ability to partner effectively with business, operations, and cross-departments

Preferred Skills:

• Enterprise job scheduling tools (ie. Tidal)
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Enterprise data warehousing concepts and architectures
• Semantic model development and tooling (ie. Cube Dev)

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shifts: 12 PM-9 PM with weekend support coverage
