Job summary

Acuity Analytics is seeking a bright Investment Analyst (2-3 years’ experience) to support our senior investment team across the full investment process: sourcing, research, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, analytics and reporting.

We leverage AI across our processes and this role will help drive that capability forward within a global, multi-asset portfolio and a small, high-calibre team working directly with senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in investment analysis.
• Experience across hedge funds, private equity, or related assets is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled investment processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and selecting managers, funds and deals across multiple asset classes.
• Conduct investment and operational due diligence and draft memo conclusions.
• Monitor existing investments and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports.
• Perform portfolio analytics: performance, risk, benchmarking and cash-flow.
• Help implement AI across research, due diligence, monitoring and reporting.
• Oversee Addepar data integrity and related analytics tools.

Job description

We are seeking a bright, analytical and highly motivated Investment Analyst (2-3 years’ experience) to support our senior investment team across the full investment process: sourcing, research, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, analytics and reporting.

We make extensive use of AI across our investment process, and this person will help drive that forward.

This is a rare opportunity to gain broad, hands‑on exposure to a global, multi‑asset portfolio with a strong alternatives focus, in a small, high‑calibre team working directly with senior decision-makers.

Support the sourcing, screening and selection of managers, funds and deals across hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, public markets and co‑investments / direct deals.

Assist with investment and operational due diligence (IDD/ODD): manager and quantitative performance analysis, and help draft investment memos, conclusions and recommendations.

Monitor existing investments and managers and help prepare periodic and ad‑hoc reports.

Support portfolio construction and risk work: quantitative analysis (performance, correlation, factor, beta, exposure), benchmarking, target‑allocation and pacing models, and cash‑flow forecasting

Use and implement AI across our investment processes (research, due diligence, monitoring and reporting).

Help monitor and oversee the portfolio management system (Addepar) and related analytics tools, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
