Qualifications

• 2-3 years investment analyst experience.
• Experience across hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, private credit, infrastructure and real estate.
• Ability to draft investment memos, conclusions and recommendations.
• Proficiency in quantitative investment analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and selecting managers, funds and deals across hedge funds, private equity, VC, private credit, infra, real estate.
• Draft investment memos, conclusions and recommendations after due diligence (IDD/ODD).
• Monitor existing investments and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports.
• Support portfolio construction and risk work: performance, beta, exposure, benchmarking, and cash-flow forecasting.
• Use and implement AI across our investment processes (research, due diligence, monitoring and reporting).
• Oversee portfolio management system (Addepar) and analytics tools, ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sourcing, screening and selection ofmanagers, funds and deals across hedge funds, private equity, venture capital,private credit, infrastructure, real estate, public markets and co-investments/ direct deals.
• Assist with investment and operational duediligence (IDD/ODD): manager and quantitative performance analysis, and helpdraft investment memos, conclusions and recommendations.
• Monitor existing investments and managers andhelp prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports.
• Support portfolio construction and risk work:quantitative analysis (performance, correlation, factor, beta, exposure),benchmarking, target-allocation and pacing models, and cash-flow forecasting.
• Use and implement AI across our investmentprocesses (research, due diligence, monitoring and reporting).
• Help monitor and oversee the portfoliomanagement system (Addepar) and related analytics tools, ensuring data accuracyand reliability.
