Roles & Responsibilities

• HR Support: Act as the first point of contact for local HRs in India and the Asia region, providing clear and effective resolutions to inquiries on Workday modules, processes and functions. Provide "How-to" process guidance and support for HR, employees and managers initiating HR events in Workday. Communicate effectively with local (India) and cross‑regional (Asia) HR stakeholders to resolve issues and align on service expectations. Proactively identify opportunities for system and process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations in the region.


• Workday System & Data Management: Perform accurate and timely HR Master Data processing in Workday (organizational structure, personal details, compensation, absence and time records, talent data, learning management and document management, etc.). Handle complex Workday requests including EIB data mass upload, security, integration troubleshooting, generation of reports and dashboards, etc. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new Workday adoption, system enhancements/fixes, and HR digital transformation projects. Conduct studies on Workday best practices and share relevant knowledge with internal HR teams to improve system utilization.
