Job summary

Alcon MX in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate II, Network & Server Operations (NOC Analyst) to monitor and manage the data center, LAN, WAN, voice, video, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and adherence to internal standards.

You will collaborate with systems, storage, and applications teams, perform troubleshooting, upgrades, and change control, and participate in service reviews to optimize performance. Fluency in English and shift work are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years IT experience in Networks, Cloud and Voice.
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification in networking.
• Knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper devices and SD-WAN.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in IST shifts.
