Job summary

Genpact Jaipur is seeking an Associate - Healthcare - Payors to review and verify billing data, follow up on unpaid claims, and communicate with insurers to resolve issues. The role requires strong knowledge of coding and billing regulations and the ability to produce actionable reports for performance monitoring.

You will maintain up-to-date expertise in healthcare reimbursement, assist with patient inquiries, and collaborate with care teams to ensure accurate documentation and claims

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level health administration or related healthcare degree is required or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of coding, billing regulations, and payer processes.
• Experience with healthcare reimbursement workflows and denial management.
