• Analyze and submit medical claims for reimbursement, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Verify the accuracy of patient billing information to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure prompt payment.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with insurance providers, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and coding standards to ensure compliance.
• Generate detailed reports on billing and collections performance to track progress and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper coding and documentation for accurate billing.
