Job summary

Adani Power is seeking a senior leader for nuclear civil engineering to drive design, construction, and commissioning of critical structures. The role oversees safety-class design, site interface management, and regulatory compliance within a complex multi-party project environment.

The successful candidate will mentor engineers, advance digital engineering adoption, and ensure quality and safety standards across all civil works.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in nuclear power plant design and construction.
• Minimum 8–10 years in major civil engineering leadership roles in nuclear power plant construction.
• Exposure to nuclear plant siting, seismic qualification, safety-class structural design in nuclear projects would be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nuclear civil engineering leadership for design and construction activities.
• Oversee design reviews and structural engineering with safety margins.
• Ensure compliance with AERB, IAEA, ASME, IS and RCC-G/RCC-CW codes.
• Coordinate interfaces with technology providers, Owner's Engineers, EPC contractors and consultants.
