Job summary

The Times of India, Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd, is seeking an Associate ESG/Sustainability in Delhi to support data collection, validation and consolidation for EHS and sustainability reporting across the organization.

The role involves maintaining MIS and compliance trackers, developing content for employee communications, preparing carbon emissions disclosures, and coordinating the Sustainability Report with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely updates and a robust ESG program.

Qualifications

• Basic: B.Tech./M.Sc. in Environmental Management.
• Desirable: Certified Sustainability Professional and Carbon Footprint Assessor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect, validate, and compile EHS & Sustainability data for reporting requirements.
• Maintain MIS, reports, trackers, and compliance checklists related to EHS & Sustainability.
• Develop and curate content for employee communications on ESG, Sustainability, and EHS initiatives and best practices.
• Prepare internal communications and awareness materials related to EHS & Sustainability.
• Prepare carbon emissions disclosures, maintain the GHG inventory, and support carbon accounting and reporting.
• Develop and compile content for the BCCL Sustainability Report in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely monthly updates and effective maintenance of the online EHS & ESG Management System.
