• Deal Structuring & Risk Evaluation: Track portfolio behavior to identify early risk indicators and provide inputs for policy refinement.
• Team Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvement & Automation.

The Successful Applicant

• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; MBA (Finance) 7‑12 years of strong underwriting experience in unsecured business loans or startup/MSME lending.
• Sound understanding of startup financials, digital business models, and early‑stage traction indicators.
• In‑depth understanding of financial statements analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage founders and internal stakeholders.
• Strong team management experience.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with AI/ML‑driven underwriting or analytical tools.
