Nuveen’s Transformation and Strategy group seeks a seasoned Senior Associate to drive enterprise transformation, integration governance, and front-to-back delivery across global programs. You will partner with business, compliance, risk, operations, and technology leaders to deliver large-scale change in a dynamic environment.

Lead change control, risk management, and steering committee reporting while driving front-to-back integration across operating model redesign, rebranding, workforce transformation, regulatory closure, and client readiness initiatives. Partnering closely with business, compliance, risk, operations, technology, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery across workstreams As a support member of the Integration Management Office, incumbent will own end-to-end integration governance and execution across critical transformation programs. Demonstrate success navigating large-scale mergers or enterprise transformations — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous, fast-moving environments
