8IC Agile & Scrum Expertise: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks, including facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to ensure iterative and value-driven project delivery.
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring on-time, within-budget execution while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
Strong track record of engaging and aligning senior stakeholders, product owners, and business partners through clear status reporting, escalation management, and transparent communication of project milestones, blockers, and key decisions.
Proficiency in tracking and reporting Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, cycle time, and sprint performance, with a focus on driving continuous process improvement and team efficiency across delivery cycles.
Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms, combined with the ability to foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture in both on-site and remote environments.
