Job summary

Netradyne in Bengaluru, India is building a scalable cloud infrastructure powering a 24x7 fleet safety platform. You will own infrastructure automation, CI/CD evolution, production reliability, and mentoring—your decisions impact uptime, deployment velocity, and team productivity.

The role requires deep AWS expertise, Terraform/Ansible, Python scripting, and strong Linux administration. You will design and operate containerized deployments with Docker/Kubernetes, implement monitoring and SLOs,

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in DevOps, Cloud Operations, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Deep AWS expertise: EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, ALB/NLB, Auto Scaling, CloudFormation.
• Hands-on Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Strong scripting/programming in Python, Ruby, Perl, or Shell; clean, maintainable code.
• Proven CI/CD pipeline design and implementation experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong Linux/Unix administration, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting high-volume SaaS platforms with 99.9%+ uptime.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage highly available AWS infrastructure supporting millions of daily requests with reliability SLAs.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning via Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines enabling rapid, reliable deployments with minimal manual overhead.
• Implement Docker/Kubernetes containerization and orchestration for consistent multi-environment deployments.
• Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, alerting, and SLO frameworks for proactive incident detection and resolution.
• Manage Linux/Unix production environments; provide 24x7 on-call support with rapid RCA and preventive actions.
• Implement security best practices: network isolation, firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS, IAM, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Hands‑on Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Strong scripting/programming in Python, Ruby, Perl, or Shell; clean, maintainable code.
• Proven CI/CD pipeline design and implementation experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong Linux/Unix administration, networking (DNS, load balancing, TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs), and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting high-volume, high-availability SaaS platforms with 99.9%+ uptime requirements.
• Strong incident response, problem-solving mindset; comfortable with on-call and cross-stack troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Kubernetes and containerized microservices architectures.
• Observability platforms: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Cloud security best practices, secrets management, SOC2/ISO27001 compliance.
• Distributed systems, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), or event-driven architectures.
• Mentoring engineers; open-source infrastructure contributions; Agile development experience.

Education

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline from a reputed institution, or equivalent professional experience.
